SHIPPING, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

We ship the goods purchased from us insured and with international shipping service providers as well as with a tracking number. We expressly point out that we are not responsible for the duration of the delivery or for possible problems with the delivery of the goods purchased from us. If the shipping company is unable to deliver the goods to the address provided by the buyer for any reason, we will not provide a replacement delivery free of charge.

So in your own interest, please make sure that you provide us with your correct address during the ordering process and then regularly check your inbox to see whether the shipping service provider has sent you a notification to collect the goods because you as the recipient were not found during a delivery attempt. In this case, please collect the goods from the shipping service provider within the period specified by the shipping service provider.

If the shipping company is unable to deliver the goods to the address specified by the buyer for any reason, for example because the address is incorrect or because the parcel is stored for collection by the shipping service provider after an unsuccessful delivery attempt and is not collected there by the recipient in due time, no free replacement delivery will be made.

If the goods are returned to us free of charge and undamaged by the shipping service provider in the event of non-delivery etc., we will reship them to the buyer at the buyer's request and expense. This means that in this case the buyer must first pay the shipping costs incurred to us before the goods are reshipped. If the undeliverable goods are not returned to us free of charge and undamaged by the shipping service provider, which is regularly the case with international shipping due to destruction of the goods instead of a return transport by the shipping company in the recipient country, and if the buyer wishes a new delivery of undamaged goods, he must first pay for the goods and the shipping costs again. In the aforementioned cases, there is therefore expressly no entitlement to a free re-delivery of the goods by the seller.

This means that in this case the buyer must pay the shipping costs incurred to us again before the goods are reshipped. If the undelivered goods are not returned to us undamaged by the shipping service provider and the buyer wishes to have undamaged goods delivered again, he must first pay for the goods and the shipping costs again.

The Taxes incurred in Germany or the European Union (EU) are included in the purchase price. We expressly point out that outside the European Union (EU) we are not responsible for taxes incurred in the countries of the recipients of the goods, in particular on the part of the buyers, such as import sales tax. These are to be paid by the buyer and will not be reimbursed by us.

We also expressly point out that the goods purchased from us may be subject to customs duties in the countries of the recipients of the goods. These duties are to be paid by the recipient of the goods and will not be reimbursed by us.
